Satisfying Ethics at TESU

Is this course from TEEX  Cyber Ethics (AWR174) worth, to be full fill the ethics course of the TESU requirement ?

No. Or at least not normally. But, I suppose an argument could be made since it isn't all that much of a stretch given insurance ethics does count.

For whatever reason, TESU codes the Insurance Ethics course as a PHI course, and it counts for ethics.  The don't code this course as PHI, it's something computer-related and won't count for Ethics.

That is what I assumed as well which is why I said no. But a logical argument could be made for it as a challenge to an evaluation. I suspect it wouldn't go anywhere, but it seems to be as valid of an option for the ethics requirement as the insurance ethics course.
