Did you send your SL courses via ACE, or directly via SL? If I'm not mistaken, those also need to be sent directly. Also, there is no need to wait until you are enrolled to send the SDC transcript.

I would take MIS and Computer Architecture from Study.com. I think Project Management also transfers from Study.com. Not sure about the other courses. Be careful if you plan on doing flat rate tuition in one semester to meet residency requirements if you don't want to pay the fee.
OnlineDegree
Intro to Marketing and Strategy ($9) | Intro to Microeconomics ($9)

Study
Intro to Managerial Accounting ($70) | Advanced Accounting ($70) | Managerial Accounting ($80) | Intermediate Accounting 2 ($90) | Intermediate Accounting I ($90) | Cybersecurity Policies & Management ($80) | Management Information Systems ($80) | Data Structures & Algorithms ($80) | Intro to Programming ($70) | Computer Architecture ($70) | Calculus ($80) Database Management ($80)
Systems Analysis & Design ($70) | Discrete Math ($80) | Intro to Operation Systems ($80)

Saylor.org
Intro to Computer Science I ($25)

I did send via ACE but they accepted other courses from SL.

Thanks, I may need to spend around 7000$ (Courses from SL, SDC, Capstone, SOS-110, Waiver fee) to get BS -IT from TESU. I think if I enroll with WGU, I can complete below-mentioned courses in 2 semesters and cost would be same. The advantage is a couple of certifications.

WGU - IT
Critical Thinking and Logic
Technical Communication
Ethics in Technology
Data Management - Foundations
Network and Security - Foundations
Scripting and Programming - Foundations
Web Development Foundations
American Politics and the US Constitution
IT Foundations
IT Applications
Data Management - Applications
Network and Security - Applications
Web Development Applications
User Interface Design
Spreadsheets
Business of IT - Applications
Cloud Foundations
Emerging Technologies
Linux Foundations

I see you have a lot of credits from a foreign university - are you currently a US resident? If not, WGU is not an option for you, as they only allow US residents.

Currently, I am living in LA, CA. Visa valid until Aug 2022. WGU didn't accept IELTS, therefore, I need to take TOFEL (250$ more).

If you already have a US degree, or have taking (English) courses at a US institution, you could consider asking the TOEFL requirement to be waived.
