How long does it normally take to hear back from TESU?  I applied a couple of weeks ago and submitted my transcripts but so haven’t seen any response. This is for a 2nd bachelors if that matters.

That's longer than expected. Email admissions and ask what's going on.
TESU Class of 2024 BSBA-CIS+GM, BSIT, ASNSM-CS+Math, AAS-GEN
Earned credits from Sophia, SDC, ASU ULC, TEEX, Microsoft, Strayer, TESU, Saylor, DSST, CLEP, CompTIA, StraighterLine, and others since starting in April 2020

Yeah, I would shoot off an email and wait for their response, sometimes they're bogged down with other changes they may have in the department...

Thanks- I have emailed the admissions staff to see what the hold-up is. Hopefully, I'll hear something back soon. I would like to complete a BA CS at TESU to complement my BBA from UMPI.
