If you are interested in Excelsior and "any degree" will work, I would urge you to consider either a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Business and Management
Excelsior College | Bachelor Degrees | Professional Studies Business & Management, Online
or a BSLA with depths in, say, History and Psychology or Education
Excelsior College | Bachelors Degrees | BA - BS Liberal Arts | Online Classes
When I talk to new teachers who have "any degree" without any exposure to education, they seem completely overwhelmed with all of the things they are expected to know (and yet don't) about education. That is why I keep trying to hammer the point home. You can be a new teacher with any degree, but having knowledge of educational concepts and lingo contributes to making a successful teacher.
