Be interesting to see if ASU includes people in the 100 million learners business program. If they do include them and it’s successful, that could certainly push them up the list.

They've been pretty consistent in calling people "learners" and not "students," so they shouldn't count toward enrolled numbers.

They're not paying tuition so I don't see how they would be considered students.
