Timing for taking finals at study.com

Question
I really wanted to take this exam TODAY, but when I went to register for it the checklist said that I didn't have any exams available this month. According to my computer and phone and the internet today is the first of the month. I haven't taken any exams yet this month. Unless the "month" works by number of days instead of calendar month? My subscription didn't start until the 4th of April I think. I'm going to be mad if I have to wait another 3 days to take this exam. How does it work? Calendar month or days?

Nevermind I found it in their FAQ. Not happy about this. https://support.study.com/support/soluti...in-a-month-

If you're on the Guardian Scholarship you cannot take (buy) more exams in the month.  And as you have learned the month is based on your billing (start) date.  On the plus side, it is better to have to wait a few days to take the next one, than to have lost one because you thought you had more time left in your month.

Ha, yeah that's true. It's probably better to have a couple extra days to study it. I was just getting so sick of that principles of finance I wanted to get it done with. It really dragged on even though I do find the subject interesting. There's too much to remember in that one.

it doesn't run 1rst to 1rst, it runs 1 month from when you signed up

I think the only exception is the Guardian Scholarship, as that starts as soon as they enter it into the system and/or send the invite (which is usually the 1st), not when you accept it and/or start courses. In my case, I got the invite on the 1st or 2nd but didn't create my Study.com account until the 3rd. My exams renewed at midnight on the 1st of each month. Thinking back, it says as much in the original invitation email as well.

It should tell you on your dashboard when you first sign in how many days you have until you can take the next test.  I'm on the Guardian Scholarship which started on April 4th and it won't let me take another exam until May 4th.  So on my dashboard today, it will tell me that I can take another exam in 2 days.

I got my scholarship on the 4th. Study.com did respond to my inquiry and told me I can't take another exam until the 4th. I went back and looked at the original email, which did say the scholarship started that day (the 4th). It's written in terms of months, though, not days, so I can see why I got confused. There was nothing in the email that explained they were basing a month on 30 days not calendar month, so I guess in my mind I assumed calendar month.
