No. Not generally. I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole.

If I were to guess, I'd say it may be more targeted towards some foreign countries that don't care about NA vs RA.

I've talked about this with a friend who is in education, but not in the public k-12 system. She is an ESL teacher. I think a program like this fits the niche for a handful of people, but I tend to agree that it's probably targeted toward non-USA teachers. Still, I think there are some ways to make this work IF you're on a track that won't ever require an RA masters.

This is a good option for teachers in developing countries. For teachers in the U.S., it's hard to beat WGU.

I agree, ESL abroad almost never requires RA, but a degree in Education itself is like gold in the industry. Many applicants don't even have TEFL certificates or experience let alone a teaching degree.

However note it's a MASTER'S in Education. You can teach at public schools in most US states with just a RA BACHELOR'S, so that your Master's is NA no longer matters because the BA is what qualifies you.
Finished: 2 AAs, 1 BA, 2 trade schools, 3 ENEB MAs.
In Progress: 1 WGU MA, 2 ENEB MAs.
Abandoned: 2 Mastercurssos.
