UMPI and Google Project Management Professional Certificate (v2)

Silly question, I completed Google Project Management Professional Certificate (v2) . I have the badge on Creadly ( never used this site before till starting this adventure. When I did Sophia it showed me at 98 credits on credly. After getting the badge for Google Project Management Professional Certificate (v2) it stayed  at 98 credits. Is that normal?

Just wondering, what was the issue? Was it just a delay in Credly updating their system? What happened and what fixed it?

Credly, is an unreliable repository of records. My brother had issues with Credly failing to send transcripts after providing the notification that the transcript was sent. This issue occurred with five schools. Imagine contacting admissions to inquire about your transcript evaluation, being told they never received your transcript, resending the transcript through Credly and repeating the same process several times before realizing Credly wasn't sending your transcript.

Credly's customer service is useless. I had a mistake in my transcript where Credly listed an economics course through Sophia but failed to list the credit hours. Credly refused to correct it. I had to have Sophia contact upper management at Credly to get this error corrected in my transcript. If I weren't a Sophia Ambassador, with email access to a Sophia executive, I don't believe the error would have been resolved.

Wow, I've used them since ACE transitioned to their new system, I've only had minor issues, but they've been resolved quickly and their answers were prompt...
