Hello all,
I have a question for the "forum of the experienced". I am shopping for a school to get an associates (in business) with. This year I started after a Bachelor in Security Management; I have 30 credits so far. My thought was to use my 46 electives, witch would be clep tests, towards an associates with a different school. The residency requirements are too expensive at my school.
I need a cheap school with no residency requirements. I know about TESC and Excelsior, but is there another school I should consider? And, does this plan sound possible?
Your advise would not be lost on me.
Thanks,
Cade

Charter Oak, TESC, and Excelsior comprise the 'Big 3' of non-traditional, adult focused distance learning.
Similar format to TESC and Excelsior, but there are a few differences between all three.

I would recommend one of the Big Three!!! I would likely pursue a degree through them if my course of study wasn't so specialized with state board licensure. They are very flexible, no residency requirement, and you can test out of most of the credits. Best to you!

I'd go with EC, all the way!! Of course, that's just my personal opinion.

Another vote for EC. Probably the most flexible and cheapest.
