Upper-level credit via XAMK, Metropolia or U of Helsinki

Hi everyone:

I was curious whether anyone on the forum was able to earn upper-level (UL) credit via the Finnish universities, including XAMK, Metropolia or University of Helsinki, after an evaluation via ACEI or another foreign credit evaluator? All of the classes that my family has done were evaluated as lower-level by ACEI and while we had a couple changed to upper-level via appeal at the receiving college, I was curious on whether anyone had success for UL evaluation in 2022 or 2023 for any of these classes.
