But you could if you felt like moving to Cali....

It's funny because a few weeks back I was traveling through SF and noticed realized I was passing right near their HQ.
If you did live in the area you could take their courses for free through their Working Scholars program.

I'm currently taking English 205 Comp II. I seem to be making this way too hard. I did Assignment 1 by supporting my thesis with 5 "pro" arguments, 5 "con" arguments, and rebuttals. I got a 5/5, so I think I did that part right. Now I am making the Annotated Bibliography, and it is blowing up. I have 15 claims because I have 5 pros, 5 cons, and 5 rebuttals to the cons.
Each claim needs a "scholarly" source with a 200-300-word description of why it is relevant, timely, and supports the point. In MLA format, that is 18 double-spaced pages for just the Annotations. 4500 words before I even start on the 2000-word essay. This is crazy. For example, a con argument would have the argument and a source that it is a con argument, and then my rebuttal and a source to the rebuttal.
I should probably use the same sources for the 15 arguments, which would mean using more than one citation from the scholarly works. If I use 3 arguments from each source, I would have 5 sources instead of 15. Maybe that is what I am supposed to do. I also don't know how a Works Cited page will fit into this essay. Perhaps it will have both an Annotated Bibliography and a Works Cited Page.

Does anyone know if my above summary is correct, or have I misunderstood the assignment? I sent this question to study,.com two days ago, and have received no response from them. 4500 words of annotations for a 2000 word essay must be wrong.
