Will Walden allow people to enroll who aren't stateside? Their MBA program is about the same price as Capella. I just hope they don't have proctored exams.

Apply, my suggestion is to do so, there really isn't anything to lose for this free term. You can get a couple or more courses done and transfer out... Regionally Accredited institutions will take their credits, even the Nationally Accredited or International Universities will take them. FREE credits and these are GRAD credits for the win!
