What are the classes like?

The closest thing to an IT degree in UMPI is the BA in Business Administration with Project Management and Information Systems Concentration**. But again, it's not an IT degree per se.

I was wondering, does the BABA PM & IS have the same MIS concentration courses as an MIS minor concentration in the BLS MIS option? If so, it'll be like a BSBA CIS AOS at TESU. It won't really be an IT degree, but may suffice for people who just needs a "degree" for checking the box as they may have IT certifications and years of experience...
In Progress: Walden MBA | TESU BA Biology & Computer Science
Graduate Certificate: Global Management & Entrepreneurship, ASU (Freebie)

Completed: TESU ASNSM Biology, BSBA (ACBSP Accredited 2017)
Universidad Isabel I: ENEB MBA, Big Data & BI, Digital Marketing & E-Commerce
Certs: 6Sigma/Lean/Scrum, ITIL | Cisco/CompTIA/MTA | Coursera/Edx/Udacity

For the BABA with Project Management Concentration you will complete all of the BLS - MIS Minor courses. The BABA doesn't have a MIS concentration. It's definitely NOT an IT degree. You are in no way prepared to go out and get a job in IT unless you already have experience. You've barely touched the surface of databases, programming, or analytics with these courses.

I agree. They are pretty similar, especially if the student fine tunes their electives (on both degrees), the transcript would be almost identical.

I work in IT now so this degree is perfect for me. Just so I can say I have a degree that is IT "related".
