GE just bought out my employer and now i have unlimited tuition assistance  . That means they have no yearly dollar limit. I used to get $5500.....This is great news it feels like I have a full scholarship lol. What would you do if you had the opportunity?

What a wonderful position to be in!
First of all, I would finish whatever BA plan you had in the first place.
Secondly, I would definitely explore the option of a second BA in something you already have some credit towards, already have a personal interest in or will enhance the first BA in some way. (My personal example would be degrees in Education and Psychology.)
Then, if you still feel like you might as well keep going, get a MA in something.
Either related to your first degree (or two) or an MBA~ 'cause an MBA doesn't ever hurt~ and sets you up for some great promotion opportunites or even running your own business.
Not that I have ever considered this before...

Lucky you! As an educator we see more and more companies discontinuing tuition assistance as a way to save money. Some are limiting it, so I would say get the most bang for your buck as quickly as you can before they change their mind. I would finish up your bachelor's if you are in process then dive right into a master's program. Once you finish that if they are still paying I would then consider additional degrees, but I would hate for you to do a second bachelor's to have them discontinue it before you get started on your master's. Moving up is always better than moving lateral. Good luck! I wish my school offered this great benefit!

Finish your Batchelors and move on to a Masters. Assuming you like your job, I would sit right there through something advanced, maybe a doctorate?
I'm hopng my BS leads to a new job somewhere else, but an educational incentive like that might make me re-think.
So what are YOU thinking of doing with unlimited financial aid?

Consider taking masters level courses for your bachelors since cost isn't an issue andmake sure they will.count toward your masters. Also consider doing a phd which grants a masters halfway through. There are some like that and if going for a phd you will save some time with that. Ncu is expensive but for a dedicated smart student can be completed quickly with no proctored exams.

Thanks everyone those are excellent suggestions.
I'm still weighing my options. I am currently 30 credits away from my history degree but im thinking maybe ill switch it up to business and just take courses instead of clepping out, then go get a masters in something.

Nice, GD doesn't have that nice of one but it's still pretty nice. No tuition limit, but only 8 courses a year. Of course they have to be approved and part of a degree plan that would benefit the company... and then a 2 year requirement after completing the last course, but that's to be expected.
I plan on using my GI Bill (will have about 2 years left after I finish my BS this year) and the company benefit to complete my MSCS at no cost to me!

Something you can potentially do here is enroll in a program that will benefit the company, take courses towards something else as electives, and then once you've maxed out your benefits complete the requirements of the other degree on your own. I've done this before and the benefits dept was none the wiser.
