I received my final evaluation today and was told I needed to take the min 18 credits to receive a Bachelors degree in Natural Science and Math.
Here is the email.
The 18 credits you need are 10 (perhaps 12) credits in the Natural Sciences, 6 of which can be at the 100 level and the other 4 (perhaps as many as 6) credits must be at the 300 level or higher. You can take any subject other than EAS (Earth Science) courses.
The remaining 8 (or perhaps only 6 if you opt to take 12 credits of Natural Sciences, previous paragraph) would be in Free Electives, course credit in ANYTHING at the 100 level or higher.
The ENS-314 course is a 6-credit upper level course which you may find interesting, and will satisfy the upper level need.
Here are the courses through Natural Science that I need to pick 12 credits from. The remaining 6 credits can be any course.
Astronomy
Introductory Astronomy (AST-101)
Biology
Introductory Biology (BIO-101)
The Science of Nutrition (BIO-208)
Chemistry
Survey of Chemistry (CHE-101)
General Chemistry I (CHE-111)
General Chemistry II (CHE-112)
Computer Science
Introduction to Computers (COS-101)
C Programming (COS-116)
Visual BASIC (COS-191)
C++ Programming (COS-213)
Assembly Language (COS-231)
Data Structures (COS-241)
UNIX (COS-283)
Computer Architecture (COS-330)
Operating Systems (COS-352)
Artificial Intelligence (COS-451)
Environmental Science
Global Environmental Change (ENS-314)
Geology
Physical Geology (GEO-151)
Gerontology
Biological Aspects of Aging (GER-312)
Mathematics
Applied Liberal Arts Mathematics (MAT-105)
Intermediate Algebra (MAT-115)
Quantitative Business Analysis (MAT-119)
College Algebra (MAT-121)
Precalculus for Business (MAT-128)
Precalculus for Technology (MAT-129)
Calculus I (MAT-231)
Calculus II (MAT-232)
Discrete Mathematics (MAT-270)
Physics
Physics I (PHY-111)
Physics II (PHY-112)
Nuclear Physics (PHY-271)
Statistics
Principles of Statistics (STA-201)
So from that list which 12 credits would you take? And can anyone recommend any elective courses that were fairly painless?
A bit of background, I am a Weather Forecaster. I am terrible in Math, and prob even worse with Computers.
I thank everyone for there help as I realize I am asking alot from my fellow posters.

Free electives should be "free" Do a few FEMA classes, they are transcripted at TESC for no charge.

Sorry I should have been more clear. I need to take 18 credits through Thomas Edison no matter what for the military residency. For my degree I have over 200 credits but they can only take a certain number do to that residency issue.

I took this in Oct 09, they have changed the course since then, but I think you could do it. There is no math in this course and I did find it interesting.
If math is not your thing I would not suggest Calculus or Physics, both require a high level of math.
I am curious what Math/science do you already have? the total required for a math/science BA is 33.
Do you need to do these courses at TESC? Some of these could more easily be done by CLEP/DSST such as Gerentology, astronomy, geology. If you take the GEC class you can then easily take the Environment and Humanity Race to save the planet DSST for another 3 credits
Edit: I just read your Signature, you can not take the Astronomy, or intro to computors classes as they would be a duplicate of exams you already have.

I don't know if I would be allowed to take that or not, since I already passed the Dante test on it, but they didn't count it towards my eval credits.

Can anyone suggest any elective courses that are fairly painless? I hate to sound lazy but I have done so many courses that I am nearing my end and just want the degree now to be honest.
Perhaps classes that you took that didn't make you buy tons of books and where the workload was reasonable.
Thank you for your time and help.

I understand what you are asking, so from your list, here are my two cents, I can't comment on all of them since I have not taken all of them. :
Biology
Introductory Biology (BIO-101)
Hated this class, hope it has improved. When I took it (2008) there were required VHS movies, starting with the fact that they were old and outdated, I have not even owned a VHS for years and had to buy one. They were stupid videos, the homework was long, and the exams were brutal. Now, the upside, I did my homework thoroughly and scored high A's on each assignment- when taking my proctored mid term and finals, my scores were 70 and 68. So, the weight distribution allowed me to still pull a solid B out of the class. I'd put this in the "yes" column, unless it's still a VHS based course.
The Science of Nutrition (BIO-208)
This is a test not a class unless it has been changed. The exam that I took was based wholey on the text suggested. Odd questions, like "what is the most popular choice of sandwich in America" banghead I had taught nutrition for 8 semesters, and only pulled a 78% on this- but it was pass/fail. I'd put this in the "yes" column if you can get the text and have at least a small interest in the subject. This is a biology subject though- not health.
Chemistry
Survey of Chemistry (CHE-101)
General Chemistry I (CHE-111)
General Chemistry II (CHE-112)
I'm really liking my chem class, but mine is not through TESC. That said, it will involve a lot of math, but should be limited to: metric, ratios, conversion, percents, adding/subtracting/multiplication/division, the use of a formula to calculate an answer. If you can do the above math in a non-chemistry setting, you'll be fine. I have not yet had beginning algebra and I'm doing fine with the math portions.
Physics
Physics I (PHY-111)
Physics II (PHY-112)
Nuclear Physics (PHY-271)
Be afraid, very afraid. I had enrolled and then dropped a physics 1 class. This needs to come after you can do college algebra in your sleep. The quick "chapter 1 math review" in my text was completely undecipherable to me.
Statistics
Principles of Statistics (STA-201)
Doable. Lots of resources out there, making this one in my "yes" list for you.
