I added two courses, POS 301 and 345, following reviews from the master thread thinking they are with Dr. Z but both turned out to be with Dr. Hinson. Does anyone know of preferably short courses like HTY 489 graded by Dr. Z this term?

You would have to check with your academic success coach.

Just take the classes with Dr. Hinson. He is a good professor, better than Dr. Z.

Depends on what classes interest you more, I would check with the academic success coach on the number of assignments/writing you have to do before you decide, but go with the prof you're more interested in, be it Dr H or Z... Look at the various variables and decide from that!

UMPI won't give you that info. But if you join the Discord you can see class reviews and ask questions.

Everyone has varying opinions of these professors. I'd focus on what topic you'd want to learn more. As of now, almost everything is a similar length. Just the difference is how fast you can consume the content or how familiar you're with it. If your dad was a vietnam vet, you'd probably sail through vietnam wars.
