Yes. And, unlike some other programs, not even having a US VPN will allow you to sign up.

I definitely used a VPN from Germany to do it. It was for my US citizen spouse, I wasn't violating the general rules of who the program is for, but we aren't in the US rn.

Really? I tried several times and always got an error. What VPN did you use?

For the Coursera Plus at $1, you have until today... and it's only the first month that's cheap...

For anyone in New York State, my son was able to get free Coursera access via the NYS DOL link that is in the presentation from September 2023. They got back to him within 2 days.
