No, you cannot do only CLEPs and graduate from EC. You ALMOST can, but not quite.

It depends somewhat on your particular degree, but you'll probably need to do some CLEPs, some DSSTs, and maybe a few EC tests. You may also need to do a couple of actual classes (online). For example, all bachelor's degrees from EC require a capstone course.
