Does anyone have the correct email to contact study.com for help and questions? I contacted them a few times a couple weeks ago and still haven't gotten a reply. They used to be very prompt with answers. TIA.

I've learned it's best to call customer service, emails are not answered promptly.

I'm wondering if they are having some kind of internal problems.... I've called multiple times and get the message that they are all busy and I should leave a voicemail. It takes forever to get an email response. It makes me wary of using Study.com with this weak kind of support!!!

You are allowing for the time difference? I think I've only gotten voicemail once. Just try again later. I've found they are actually quite helpful. Guessing it's a small office.
