And again, my point is that the person heading out to the library is still investing, perhaps not monetarily, but they are spending time, effort, sweat to get to the library...a library supported by tax dollars and donations from people with....wait for it.......MONEY. I get a little tired of the entitlement mentality, guess what, the poor can't afford CP and are, therefore, not ENTITLED to it.
I have an idea for you, you have expressed difficulty finding a job you like, you mentioned somewhere how much you hate the fat people you work with....you should go start a business doing something your good at. "The Sanantone free school for alternative higher education pathways". Now, being true to your beliefs don't charge anything for the service. Line up area ministers to do the praying for free, you handle all the rest. Get back with us on how that works out for you.
....oh, BTW, if you get a grant from everyone's favorite Sugar Daddy, Uncle Sam, that counts as a failure. Any subsidy removes altruism from the crusade.
From each according to his (her) ability, to each according to their need......and all that stuff.
We at 30 pages yet?
Now I am anti-American because I don't agree with your political views? That is anti-American in itself because it rejects individualism. Considering that I went to graduate school to enter the national security field, I don't see how I can be anti-American. I never did say that students are entitled to CP's services. I did, however, say that people could get the same information for free. Yes, taxpayers have footed the bill for grants and loans which you have partaken in and promote so much. You promote them so much, one would think that you were the socialist. But guess what. Having people go to college on tax dollars is better than them living on welfare for the rest of their lives and these same people will pay back more in taxes than what they received in financial aid. Millions of students have used tax dollars to attend college, not just the poor.
I never said that I hate the fat people that I work with or anything close to it. I said that they were obese, had health problems, and were miserable. High stress jobs do that to people and I don't want to end up like that. You just love lying and when people lie about what I have said.

Haven't we all misinterpreted something we've heard or read? Sharing a misinterpretation is different from spreading a calculated lie. I can't imagine there's any calculated lying here.
My meme puppy forgives misinterpretations.

Rebel has repeatedly supported people who have distorted my words and has distorted them himself. It's one thing to paraphrase, but it's another to completely change the meaning of something someone has said. I don't know where he got that I "hate the fat people I work with." If he wants to demonize me, he is free to do so; but, he will end up on my ignore list so that I won't see any of his posts.

After 28 pages of disputing anyone who had a slightly different interpretation of the comments, this sounds strangely like a stance of "anyone who disagreed with me or somewhat agreed with someone who disagreed with me is going on ignore." Which is a perfectly legitimate stance - it's a free world and all - but sanantone...hon...really?
Mr. Whatley's puppy speaks to my heart. Let's all agree to disagree, hug, and get back to doing what is done best? (I'll eat cotton candy, while you all work together, building on one anothers' comments and suggestions to help others get quick and inexpensive educations without the services of groups like College Plus.)

I'd hate to see this break apart some of the top posters on DF. We've all learned a lot from each other and especially sanatone and rebel100. Can we just drop this? If we have to get to page 30, let's post some rainbows and cotton candy memes to finish this off. It's gone beyond redonkolous.
