It's right there on the website for anyone to find. You don't have to go through any sales-pitch or send away for info first.
Also, for those of you who are upset with the idea that CP is "falsely" advertising a special kind of agreement with some colleges, I suggest you call both CP and the schools and ask. I think you'll be a bit surprised by what you learn. Quite true about the pricing. And CP can give you discounts based on its partnership with colleges. At TESC, for instance, you get a good chunk off the enrollment fee by being a CP student

I saw that page and I didn't see any information about how much you would pay CP.

They also have an agreement in which a student's degree plan written by CP is guaranteed acceptance by TESC. While that may seem incidental to some, it does indicate an established working relationship between the company and school, or "special arrangement," if you will. I certainly can't make that sort of promise when I help someone personally.

But it, coupled with the page that says the average CP student pays $5000 a year, gives parents enough information to determine whether or not they want to pursue CP further, in terms of cost analysis. Anyone who wants an exact breakdown of the pricing is free to call and ask. Parents understand some of the $17K-$23Kish is going to CP for CP's services and courses and some is going to the college/university that is conferring the degree.

Why not just state that you're going to pay them $3,000 for the first year? What's wrong with people knowing that most of that $5,000 will be going to CP?
I would also like to say that it is very likely that CP is monitoring this thread. Straighterline has posted on here before when people were complaining about its changes. On another forum that wasn't very active, I complained about Penn Foster not answering my questions and one of their computer courses teaching Windows XP. A rep came on to the forum and answered my question. They even changed the course description on the website to show that it teaches Windows 7. Companies monitor their online reputations. It is not an overestimation of the importance of this thread.

I have absolutely nothing to add to this forum, but I'm posting because the darn topic keeps filling the forum. I just want to get out of the Baroness stage because the ?avatar? makes me think of Medusa, and I don't like it. I'm normally curious about things, but the Duggars and CollegePlus are probably next to the very bottom of my list of utterly boring topics.

Religion and economics have been discussed ad nauseum, but there are a few other hot button topics to discuss. For instance, perhaps this serious and pressing situation of CP's existence is somehow the fault of Bush (either/any of them). Is a Bush on the Board of Directors for CP? Also, I read somewhere that CP employees eat babies. While I cannot find the reference source to link right now, you can tell it's legitimate, because on their "About Us" page, there are babies in the picture for their post-photo op barbeque.

It does look a bit Medusa-like. Perhaps we can collectively appeal to the Moderators to change the Count/Countess graphic to something resembling Dracula. I'd be all about that, and would stop posting to preserve my status.
