I don't have any experience with the degree, but LSU Independent and Distance Learning has a course in International Marketing, Adams State College has courses in International Financial Management and International Marketing (listed under the business classes), and the University of Tennessee has a course in International Economics. All are independent study, you can enroll at anytime, and none require admission to the school.

I was looking in the business degree book and you would also need an International Relations (international politics) course and two semesters of the same foreign language.

byu independent study has BUS M 430 — Introduction to International Business and PL SC 170 — Introduction to International Politics

csu peublo has POLSC 202: World Politics, POLSC 305: International Relations, MKTG 475: International Marketing
