My understanding is PLA's require significantly more documentation than a single completion document. From what has been described, it's typically ALOT of writing.

Just completed the Strategic Management TECEP. Only used 1:13 of the 3 hours available and I feel really confident in my results - more confident than I did with the Business in Society TECEP which I wound up getting a 78% on. (I'm still annoyed I had to take that one because TESC no longer accepts the Business Ethics and Society DSST).
It's been said before, but there is one key to this exam. If the Crafting and Executing Strategy textbook gives a list, memorize it. The three questions to consider for this. The six downsides of that. The four steps of the other thing. After reading the textbook, go page-by-page and look for these things. Don't just look at section headings; look in the text. Commit them to memory however you can (I used the Cram.com Android flashcard app). You will fly through the short answer and essay portions if you do this.
Now to wait for my results. The other essay-based TECEPs I took (Managerial Communications and Business in Society) both gave me my scores within three days. I'm not expecting that here with it being 4 days before Christmas, but knowing I've now completed all my graduation requirements would certainly make a lovely present.

I recently took Technical Writing, they took 7 days to get me my results. English Comp II took 15 days. Those are long tortuous days waiting for results...
