SDC BIO 101 - question on Labster

Hello.  I just completed all the quizzes in Study.com for BIO 101; I signed up in the linker for Labster to start the lab; however, it had a screen where it said I would be contacted within a week.  Was hoping to begin the labs now.  (this is for a transfer to UMPI YourPace to meet the science/biology and lab requirement. I did navigate back to the SDC home page, my dashboard and the course page, but could not locate where the labster info was. Thank you

Shoot a short email expressing urgency to Study.com CS; you should have it in the morning. Even without the email, you should receive an email by Tuesday/Wednesday. I shot them an urgent email and had the info within 24. My younger brother waited, and it came in a few days.
