UMP vs Study.com - Human Resource

Hi ,
I want to get study.com one month plan. Without using 30%off promotion it’s showing me I can safe $265 monthly. With 30 % off promotion it’s showing I can safe $165. It’s confusing.
I want to get only for one month.

Is study.com bus 106 Human Resources Management is equivalent to bus 321 at UMPI? There are two classes bus 306 
Business 306: Strategic Human Resources Management
and bus 106 Human Resources Management.
Which one do I have to take?

I'm not sure of the answer to your question, but just FYI, BUS 321 is very quick and easy at UMPI. No Milestones at all. Just an exam.

Hi , I started bus 306 with study.com.
Am I going to get grade if I will do good in quizzes , assignments but not in final exam?

You need a 70% to pass. So if your course is out of 300 total points, 100 from quizzes, 100 from assignments, and 100 from a final, you’ll need a total of 210 to get a pass. However you get there doesn’t matter. 100 on quizzes, 80 on assignments means you need a 30 on the final.

@Sara143, You'll get a very good chance in passing and possibly a good overall grade as well. As you mentioned, if you do well in both the assignments and quizzes, you'll need a little less stress on the exam to get the minimum passing grade. For example, you get 95 on quizzes, 90 on the assignments, you just need at least a 25 on the final exam to get up to 210, of course you want to shoot for higher than 25% on the final!

For Study.com, it depends on the level of the course, lower level, the quizzes are worth 1/3 of your grade and the final exam is worth 2/3 for that course. If the course is upper level, quizzes are 1/3, final exam is 1/3, assignments are the final 1/3 of the course grade.
