Although I can't confirm that I don't see why not. They're provided by a regionally accredited college and are designed for the purpose of earning college credit (unlike non-credit courses/exams).
Excelsior BSB - MIS concentration (119 credits in the bank)

I signed up for the Political Science. Can anyone tell me if the difficulty of the actual exam is at all close to the sample questions? I got 2 wrong and am wondering how much more studying I'll need to do, in your opinions, based on actual exams taken?

Have you thought about using a inter-library loan system to try to get the textbooks? Just a thought
