Do you think a UMPI degree would be recognized in another country?

This will likely be a niche, but does anyone have experience getting their UMPI degree recognized in Australia, UK, Canada, EU countries? I have an application in with Ecctis for a statement of comparability for the UK. My concerns are the pass fail credits that came in from Coursera, Study, and Sophia amounting to 69 of the 120 credits and the advanced pace/speed of completion. I spent about 1.5 years in total in recognized academic institutions, UMPI and community college. My final GPA from UMPI was 3.9. Thanks for any information and I’ll share my Ecctis results when they become available.

Why wouldn't it? It's an RA state university. The ACE credits may be an issue for you, but not the actual degree. You transferred to UMPI so the speed shouldn't be an issue.

ECCTIS is/was UK NARIC renamed, so they should continue to accept UMPI and other institutions that we recommend on this board. It doesn't really matter that 90+ credits are transferred into UMPI and you only complete the final 30 credits for residency purposes, as you have an accredited degree in the end.

There are so many ways of getting a degree anywhere in the world, including the UK, many people transfer in a Level 6/7 UK Diploma into a top up Bachelors/Masters at UK Universities, it's the same thing, they still need to finish from the institution of choice. You're just trying to max your transfer credits first.

Another example, Coursera, Edx, FutureLearn, Udacity and many other players have partnerships with universities, you complete classes at a much more affordable rate from these medium/platform providers but still get the same degree at the respective institutions of choice, it's the same degree on paper!

In brief/short, if you search other nations, such as Germany, their anabin database shows UMPI.
