I am in pretty good shape at the moment-5.10'' tall and a bigger guy but able to tackle even the most difficult exercises that slimmer guys cant lolz (i.e. my friends whom have hardcore abs). Although I am around 190 pounds, I have muscle in my arms, calves, thighs, and just want to get rid of the small chumb on my stomach (I am more muscle base than fat). Trying to find a nice diet plan as well? I'm considering on doing P90X first with my home bros then Insanity! Thanks for all the assistance everyone and motivation! To answer your question though... I am looking to tone up while at the same time build muscle and lose some weight.
Sincerely,

My wife keeps telling me to get in shape. I tell her that I am in shape, "Round" is a shape.
milelol: I owe it to the Beer90X program.I've been focusing on toning and weight loss, no muscle building. I eventually want to try one of those programs, but for now I do what's been working for me and keeping me in shape.
Run(at own pace)/walk treadmill,
Pushups-elevated, regular, wide/close hand,
Dips
Pullups
Ab Wheel workout
Planks
crunches
rope climbing
I have a back injury from parachuting so I try not to over do it.
