can you only register to take a TECEP if you are currently assigned a myEdison id? (aka paid the $75) I go to the TECEP page but see no place to sign up for the exam.

Sorry for all the questions, Ive really just had a lot of unanswered questions for so long, and now that Ive found this forum I finally feel like Im getting somewhere
