How to find classes to fulfill AS Tech degree at Excelsior

I'm mapping out my plan for an AS in Computer Technology at Excelsior. A lot of the required courses are not available at Excelsior.

What would be the easiest way of finding the appropriate courses from other schools to satisfy these requirements? Is there some sort of database or has someone compiled a list somewhere? I tried searching but came up empty. What are some good places to find courses? Preferably self-paced and cheap LOL. I've seen a lot of people recommend Penn Foster. Are there any other good sources?

Also, how would I even begin searching for a matching course? Should I look for one with a similar title or description? I know I'm supposed to get approval from an advisor once I find a course but I'm not sure how to begin searching. For example, one of the required course is 'Data Structures'. Should I go on Penn Foster and type in 'Data Structures'?

Sorry I'm pretty clueless I asked an Excelsior advisor but she wasn't very helpful. I would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks!
