The fact that it's a Probability & Statistics requirement in the Area of Study suggests that they want a calculus-based course, and the ALEKS and DSST options are algebra-based. Just verify.
Every course I have had with ESC has been proctor-free and pretty challenging. I last took a course with them in 2011, when tuition was $211 per credit hour, so it may be higher now. They have a pretty good selection of UL applied math courses such as Mathematical Modeling.
