Been in Germany off and on. Well, each base does have specific institutions that they allow to facilitate classes and recruit on-base. At my post, we have like 4 or 5, but UMUC holds the testing center here. Just an FYI, UMUC Europe and UMUC Asia are considered separate from the stateside UMUC, for some reason. I would definitely stay away from them as far as actually registering. The grading of DSSTs would not even be worth it with them at all, because their transfer guidelines are unique. Well, good luck to you. I'm sure if anyone has some good news for you, they will definitely present it on here.
After re-reading your OP, let me ask you a question? What exactly are your goals as far as grad school and where are you in the process? I'll tell you that I have not had even one problem with Pass/Fail courses/tests appearing on my transcripts so far, and I'm currently in an MBA program and waiting on a decision for a commissioning program. The only courses I would recommend not to test out of are the sciences or any course that is a prerequisite to any medical program or requires a lab.
