The 18 credit CIS area is going to be your most difficult area to fulfill.
You should petition to get the COS class in there and then you can add in the MIS DSST and the Network Technology TECEP.
Thats all you can use from testing options so I recommend taking some TESC courses. They aren't that bad and the cost is ok. There are cheaper alternatives but you will feel good about taking some classes at TESC. It will connect you more to the school and you will learn.
I took computer architecture at TESC. It was not easy but the format allows you to get 50% of your grade from the home work which you should get 100% on if you are smart.
