I once had Louisiana Tech on my list of graduate schools to look at. I was going to pull it up to see if I had anymore suggestions for IrishJohn. IIRC, Western Kentucky University is just a little more expensive than APUS and doesn't charge out-of-state tuition rates for online programs. I didn't bring up any other schools because they would be substantially more expensive than APUS. I don't know how concerned IrishJohn is about tuition.
