As I understand it, you will be able to "double dip" on the new requirements. So, for example, you could use that DSST in Intro to World Religions as both part of a Liberal Studies or Humanities major AND as part of the LEAPs. This is much like what Charter Oak does with its general eds. I have no idea if this means that there will be more room for free electives or not, but wouldn't it be nice if it did? Surely they will keep the 120-hour total for bachelor's degrees.
