Hmmm, I am trying to remember when I talked with CLEP Services about the fill-in-the-blanks on the College Math exam. I believe it was after the new IBT platform launched because we were noticing some bugs in the system and I wanted confirmation that the College Math exam was the only one that had something different than the usual multiple-choice exam. Of course updates can and do happen, but it sure would be nice if they could communicate these to the test centers!
I receive so many phone calls from potential testing candidates and I try to be as knowledgeable about the format and content as possible (and the candidates seem to appreciate this versus the treatment they receive from other test centers).
