That is standard policy. If the course was taken at TESC you will need to repeat. if not, you should be able to replace easily with the CLEP exam or Straighterline course. When you pass the exam/course, I would place a call or email the Evaluations Team and let them know your intentions so when the transcript arrives they will change the D course to duplicate 0.00CR. It will then shift down to the other courses section.
