How about TECEP and DSST?

Just wondering, will ACE script charge any fee for foreigner?

I've used both USA and non-USA credit cards for sending ACE transcripts and have found the fee to be the same Smile

, only difference being, I had a foreign transaction fee on top of the $15 transcript fee charged my non-USA bank. ACE didn't charge any extra Smile
