Update from this saga:
CSU-Pueblo sent my colleague an email with the details of what is required to be a proctor. It's really simple stuff.
Once I've paid the $5 dollar fee, Irene from CSU will send my proctor a link with username and password that she can log into on ANY computer, and set up the exam online for me.
So it's all electronic, I get the results instantly, I have to fax a copy of the results back to CSU, and if I have passed I can go ahead with the English class. There are only 20 questions, and I need to get a 74%, but it's not clear how this is calculated for this exam. It looks like childs play, but I'd had to underestimate it too...
