TESC BA-History degree plan feedback?

Hi all. Instead of waiting the seventeen years it takes TESC to issue an evaluation, I thought I'd run this degree plan by you guys to gauge your thoughts and reactions. Will this degree plan be approved by TESC? Will all the classes fit these requirements? Any tests that aren't being accepted any more?
