Thanks everyone! I agree it seems to make sense to finish out at PCC and then pursue an advanced degree elsewhere.

It seems that they don't accept CLEP for English which is pretty dumb, but I would recommend that you speak to your advisor/registrar and see if they can make an exception for you given how many credits you've done. Otherwise you'll have to be pay like $315 for the course (at lease PCC is cheap!). If you can take a CLEP in English you'll get 6 credits and it'll cost you a total of $100 plus spare you the agony of doing a 3.5 month course doing essays, hw assignments, projects, and other blarney.
