$55? Ouch! Have you looked to see if there are other schools in the area that are cheaper. I remember someone on here that said there was a known school (for profit I think) that charged nothing.

It's quite possible that they would charge the $55 again, you may want to double check.

The $55 is per testing date. There is literally one testing center in my state. There is a testing center in a neighboring state which is closer and cheaper, but they only offer testing every few months and I'd like to move a little faster than that. I may plan a vacation to somewhere with better options the next time I am ready to take a test.
