For many the issue is cost. TESC and COSC are both cheaper than EC. In the past year or so TESC really beat out the others in price with the use of TECEP to fill residency. This changes based on what you bring in...in your case maybe EC is the best choice, your already there and familiar with how they work.
Probably best to work up a mock degree plan based on what you have with all three then you can make an informed decision on which path to take. One isn't really any better than the other. All three are regionally accredited legitimate schools.
