Need Advice for Bio Clep!!

Hey guys, this is my first time I'm taking a clep test, and I'm not exactly sure what/how to study for this bio test.

I know what I'm asking has been answered in numerous threads, but I'm just feeling overwhelmed by all the resources. I was thinking about speedyprep.com and also instacert because I heard great things about the flashcards. Would 1 of these by themselves be enough to pass this test? Or would I need both, or more? Also, I was thinking of taking the test in about a month, probably studying a 15 hours a week, would that be enough?
