I am taking 9 TECEP's, 5 of them require a 70% to pass, and 3 of them are not all (or any) multiple choice (essays or short answers required). So the pass rate is a lot higher than CLEP/DSST. Not saying that it's not doable, but 70% isn't a walk in the park for some of these exams.
