As stated above, yes you do need to register and pay for your exam online. Once you have done this, you need to print out the registration ticket that you will give the test center. The test administration fee is paid at the test site. Here is a link for you:

If your test center uses third-party registration software, yes, test-takers have to register in both My Account and your registration software. Test-takers must pay their exam fee when they register in My Account. Test-takers should still provide payment to your institution for your test center administrative fee when they arrive on test day.
