Was the police cert from the community college made up of individual courses worth specific numbers of credits? If not, you might want to enquire exactly how they figured that 21 credits and how they are listed on a transcript.
I don't think most of that will help towards your degree, but I've been surprised before. So much of it is all in one general area, that it can only help so much anyway.
