Can someone confirm that the options for using FEMA in a degree plan today are:

COSC - takes raw
Excelsior- takes via FCC $80/cr
FCC- takes raw


Is there anywhere else that anyone can think of that takes FEMA? My oldest is looking at options, and he has a good chunk of FEMA I'd like him to use. Thanks!
