Thank you so much for all your input. You guys have made this journey so much easier.
I called Thomas Edison again to clarify the 12 credits in one concentration and they said it doesn't apply to liberal arts so what I was told earlier was wrong. I would just need to take 12 hours in upper level classes. The advisor also mentioned that I have a Lin-400 class that was awarded from my Russia education for 2 credits but he said even if he places it in the acedemic eval it would not help me cause I would still need 4 classes as all classes are 3 credit hours. Are there any 4 credit hours classes that I could take exam for? So I would only need to take 3.
Also, I am kind of close to firming up what test I am going to take for each of my requirements. What would be the next steps, do I need to review with acedemic advising? How do I firm it up.
