Hmm, since you're registered for both. I would suggest going for both and taking some time to study and practice a bit of typing by creating your own version of chapter notes for the recommended textsbooks for Nutrition. If you already have previous textbooks, even better, write your own Coles Notes version on things you don't fully grasp. This way, you get some more typing practice and memory retention of the info, you don't have to print it, save as a word doc or PDFs.
In regards to English Comp, review what's available in the TESU OER materials and again, write simple form notes if anything doesn't fully click with you. I usually read things once, make my own notes and review chapter intro/end and other notes that are provided. Either on you choose, it will be fine. When are they scheduled? If they are spread out further, you'll have more time for each one, if not, do the Nutrition notes first.
